1. Breakfast Recipe with White Rice?

Make rice porridge, add milk, sugar & chocolate powder. We call that champurrado in Mexican food

2. how to make homemade whip creme without milk and powder sugar and heavy creamer lactose intolerant?

I mix up Cool Whip with Fat-Free Yogurt and have it with strawberries and bananas every morning. I also mix up Cool Whip, half a container, with a small package of jello ( made up to the "just-starting-to-gel" stage) to make a mousse type dessert. So, you can see, I go through alot of Cool Whip. I came across this recipe months ago and put it in my recipe box and forgot all about it. Thanks for reminding me...Now it is time to try it !! HOMEMADE COOL WHIP: Makes 2 cups 1 t. GELATIN 2 t. COLD WATER 3 T. BOILING WATER 1/2 C. ICE WATER 1/2 C. NONFAT DRY MILK 3 t. SUGAR (I think that I will use a sugar substitute) 3 T. OIL (Oh, that is why I did not try it right away...the oil kind of turned me off...) Chill a small mixing bowl. Soften gelatin with 2 teaspoons cold water, then add boiling water, stirring gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool until tepid. Place ice water and nonfat dry milk in chilled bowl. Beat at high speed until mixture forms stiff peaks. Add sugar, still beating, then oil and gelatin. Place in freezer about 15 minutes then transfer to refrigerator until ready for use. Stir before using to retain creamy texture. I checked my Cool Whip container....I told you I have it everyday (and, as my husband says, " Enough empty containers to make my own salad bowl collection"...I use two for my dog's food and water, storage for art supplies, made-up ahead cookie mixes...sorry, I digress) and it says that it contains corn syrup. Instead of the sugar and oil, I think it might work using the corn syrup in their place...the oil just does not sound good to me.....Just an idea. Here is a link to buy soy whipped topping also. I have seen it for sale at Whole Foods and New Seasons. They may have it at Trader Joes or a health food type grocery store.

3. is ok that my 6 year old cat been eating kitten food and kitten milk?

Its ok, but if that is all he is eating, he is not getting the nutrition he needs. But if it was just a one time thing, or once in a while when you are not paying attention, he will be fine :-) I have 4 cats, and its impossible to keep them to their own food. Even the dog eats their food *sigh*
